All members can book service one month in advance and wheelchair user members will have the highest priority. Non-members can only book service two weeks in advance. Act now to apply membership for your loved ones!

		Membership Terms & Conditions

Diamond Cab (Hong Kong) Limited (referred as "Diamond Cab" below) Membership Terms & Conditions (referred as "these Terms" below) is in place to maintain a high level of sincere attitude, equal opportunity and safety while our members experience Diamond Cab services or activities. 

			
1. Members' Privileges
   Upon acquiring Diamond Cab Membership, members may book Diamond Cab one month in advance.
	 
   Members understand and acknowledge that although they have the right to enjoy Diamond Cab services, it does not entail a priority in using Diamond Cab vehicles. Diamond Cab endeavours to arrange cab services to its members based on the daily duty roster and other factors but does not guarantee cab services at any particular time requested by its members.
				
   [If the number of seats on board our vehicles permit, Diamond Cab welcomes its members to bring their friends and relatives on board our vehicle upon registration. All Terms applicable to members and membership herein applies to friends or relatives on board our vehicles.]
				
2. Membership Application
   Applicants are not required to pay an annual membership fee. Upon applying as a member, applicants must provide Diamond Cab with his/her personal particulars, including but not limited to the applicant's name, medical history and health records. Such information shall be verified by Diamond Cab before the membership becomes effective.
	
   Diamond Cab will ask for members' personal particulars when being contacted and will verify the identity of our members to protect their privacy.
	
   Diamond Cab strives to protect the privacy of its members' data and information but may, in accordance to legal or governmental requests, disclose certain information of our members or to obtain further information from our members.

3. Personal Belongings
   Members are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Members carrying valuable or important personal belongings (such as mobile phones, jewellery, cash, credit cards, identity card) with them on board our vehicles should properly store such items. Diamond Cab is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft occurring inside or near Diamond Cab.

4. Members' Behaviour and Manners
   The following terms govern the behaviour of our members:
	- No smoking or alcohol consumption on board our vehicles.
	- No spitting or littering inside our vehicles.
	- Abusive language, shouting, fighting or any immoral behaviour is not permitted.
	- No illegal, dishonest or abusive activities or behaviour.
	- No improper usage of membership privileges and welfare; or
	- No violation of these Terms.
   Please contact Diamond Cab staff or drivers for assistance should members encounter any difficulties.

5. Violation of These Terms
   In the event that any member violates any of these terms, Diamond Cab may request such member to immediately stop his/her behaviour and/or to stop offering further services. Diamond Cab may, at its sole discretion, directly terminate the membership of violating members without any refund (if any). Diamond Cab may, at its sole discretion, take further actions and such violating member shall assume all legal responsibility.
	
   Diamond Cab reserves the final right to interpret these Terms.

6. Amendment to These Terms
   Diamond Cab may amend these Terms at any time and shall notify its members within one (1) month in writing. These Terms do not cover all aspects nor are these Terms limited to the operation of Diamond Cab. All rules or policies posted in our vehicles shall be deemed part of these Terms.

I hereby agree and accept the above Terms & Conditions.

I do not settle with the long existing indecent point-to-point transportation for wheelchair users including my beloved mum. Only when Diamond Cab becomes popular in the market, we can change the barrier-free culture drastically and make the real brilliant life for the wheelchair users and their carers!
